Speaker: Lara Bullock, PhD, Civic Art Project Manager with the City of San Diego
Art extends beyond museum walls to shape the identity of cities and the lives of the people who inhabit them. Lara Bullock explores the role of public art in San Diego, highlighting how artists, civic leaders, and communities collaborate to transform shared spaces into places of creativity, dialogue, and belonging. Through compelling local examples, this lecture reveals the lasting impact of public art on the cultural fabric of the region.
Following the lecture, guests are invited to enjoy a guided tour led by our docent team.
