Be part of the Art of Reading Book Club, where art, literature, and art history converge.
Join fellow SDMA members and book lovers as we talk with author Linda Moore about her latest novel, Five Days in Bogota! In Five Days in Bogota, young widow Ally Blake risks everything to save her family from bankruptcy by exhibiting at a 1990s Bogota art fair during the drug wars. When her crates are tampered with, she’s pulled into a money laundering scheme tied to her ex. To survive and protect her family, she must pull off the art deal of a lifetime. Coffee and light snacks will be served. The book club will be followed by a docent-led tour of works relating to the book.
Please save your spot by Wednesday, February 5. Prior to entry all participants are required to check in at the SDMA rotunda admissions desk, after which you will meet in the Museum boardroom.
